Whatever your occasion we have a wide variety of options. To complete an order fill out the catering authorization form. This form can be found on the Benefis Intranet under Café & Catering or on the G drive in the “View Only Directory” folder. Please submit your order via email to cateringapproval@benefis.org. Catering request for 50 or less must be submitted 7 days prior to the event. For caterings greater than 50, please submit requests a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. The final catering counts for on site events must be submitted the Friday prior to the event. For events off site final counts must be given 10 days prior to the event. If a catering request or final counts are submitted after the allotted time frame, the catering is subject to a $25.00 late fee. Please note that caterings submitted late will be subject to a limited menu. Please review our “Catering on the Fly” menu for those options. All caterings must be approved prior to being submitted to the catering department. The guidelines for how the caterings will be approved are as follows:
Catered meals should only be ordered when a medical provider is present or a special event is approved by an administrator or administrative assistant.
Submissions only accepted via email: Catering request need to be submitted to cateringapproval@benefis.org.
Cancellation PolicyOn site cancellations must be received 2 busi-ness days prior to the event. Off site cancellations must be received 10 days prior to the event. If insufficient notice is given a minimum $25.00 fee will be charged to your GL account/credit card. If the food has already been produced for your function, you may be charged the entire event cost.
Our catering menu has been tailored to Benefis Health & Wellness Nutrition Policy. All nutritional information is available upon request. Look for our Just4U icons to guide you through the healthy options: Calorie Counter icon (<500 calories); Fat Smart icon (<10g of fat); Carb Counter icon (<15g of carbs); Vegetarian icon (contains no meat, fish, or poultry).
On site deliveries will be free of charge. Additional unplanned trips to catering event are subject to a delivery fee. Off site caterings will be accompanied by a $25.00 delivery fee.
Our standard catering service includes linen on the food service table, heavy black plastic serving dishes & paper/plastic dishes. For extra items please refer to the list below.
Tablecloths: $1.33 each ($3.00)
Linen Napkins: $0.10 each ($0.50)
When submitting your catering order please choose the level of service you desire.
Level 1- Standard, $0.50/person (no charge)
Level 2-Buffet style with china $1.00/person ($1.25)
Level 3– Banquet style place settings with buffet style service ($2.75) $1.00/person+ attendant fees
Level 3 Banquet– Banquet style settings & ser-vice. ($5.25) $1.00/person + attendant fees
Our trained professional staff may be a great addition to your event staff! Attendant/Bartender: $15.00/hour Chef to Carve: $20.00/hour
At no time should any service ware be removed from the original event location without permission from the catering department. Event holders are responsible for the cost to replace missing items.
When serving alcohol at your event a bartender is recommended. If your party declines the use of our bartender, then the event holder takes responsibility for the alcohol service & the patrons safety. Alcohol is NOT to be left unattended at anytime.
For on site caterings a GL number will be required. For non-Benefis events a credit card must be pre authorized with a completed client authorization form. Per person pricing is subject to change due to fluctuating market value/availability.
In accordance to health code policy we will not allow carry out of perishable food from the event. Any food removed from the location of the event without permission from the catering department becomes the responsibility of the event holder.
Please be advised that products prepared in our kitchen may have come in contact with common food allergens. Please direct any questions regarding an allergy or food ingredients to the Catering Manager.
